The FSA has released a revised handbook to the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism Code 2019 and sector specific guidance for funds and fund functionaries.
Members of the Association regulatory sub-committee reviewed drafts of the sector specific guidance, provided comments and met with the FSA to discuss.
Sector specific guidance for investment managers is expected to be released shortly.
