The Isle of Man offers regulated high standards of fund administration, including to overseas schemes. Our members have a wealth of experience in administering a host of different funds in the Isle of Man

Providing services to a collective investment scheme in or from the Isle of Man is a regulated activity under the Financial Services Act 2008. Fund administrators must be licensed by the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority unless an exemption or exclusion applies.

Fund administrators in the Isle of Man provide services to both Isle of Man funds and  funds domiciled overseas, including the Cayman Islands, BVI, UK, Ireland and Malta.  At 31 March 2020 the total NAV of Isle of Man administered funds was approximately US$18 billion.
